What time is check in and check out?
Check in times is 4 pm. We will do everything in our power to get you into your rental as soon as possible. Check out is at 10 am or earlier. Late check-outs cannot be guaranteed.
How old do I need to be to rent a vacation rental home or condo?
We rent to responsible adults and families. You need to be at least 25 years of age in order to reserve our condo. We do not allow house parties.
What if I have a problem during my stay?
Our property manager, Escape Property Management, is there to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Please call and someone will be glad to assist you.
What all is provided during my stay?
All Linens and Towels. We also provide a starter kit of toiletries.
Can I bring a Motorcycle or Trailer?
Per the HOA at Sand Dunes resort, No Motorcycles or Trailers are allowed on premise. There are some City parking spots below the condo, that are first come first serve that you could park in and pay for the week at one time; However, we can not guarantee someone will not take the spot etc.
Is there a washer / dryer in the Condo?
Yes, all appliances are new ( Purchased in 2018 ) including a stackable Washer / Dryer.
